You can now join and renew your membership online using our new membership website.

All paid up members will receive our regular newsletter to keep you informed on what's going on within the Society, membership is just £20.

When signing up, you have the option to give a voluntary donation to us and as we are a charity, you can register for Gift Aid.

If you do not want to take up paid membership, you can opt to receive promotional emails only where we will notify you of upcoming events and send important announcements.

How to Sign Up

Go to membermojo.co.uk/iods

Click on “Join Us/Renew button” and enter all you details, then click Next You can add any acting fees at this point.

Check your details and click “Send for Approval”

You will receive an email stating that your membership has been sent for approval

Once your membership has been approved, you will receive another email.

You must then complete your application. You do not have to enter any payment information.

Click on the “Click to complete your application” link, then click “Sign in without password”, your email address will be prefilled, then click “Sign In with email”.  Then click Complete Application, this may appear under review actions.

A further email will be sent to you to ensure it is you, click on “Click here to Sign In”, this has to be done within 2 hours.

You can edit your details again if you wish or set you payment method by clicking on “Select Payment”.  By selecting the payment method, you are just stating how you would like to pay, there is no online payment method linked to the site so please proceed.

As a Full Member, your membership fee is £20 per year plus any acting fees, please select your payment method and click the “Pay with” button.  If paying by standing order, BACS or if you have already paid, please email membership@iods.co.uk to let us know so we can set your payment as complete.  A Payment reference will be created in the system so you can track it.

This completes your application.  Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be a full member and will receive emails and notifications from the website including your first newsletter.

You can set a password to make logging in easier in future. Just log in without password then click on “Set Password” button within your membership.
